Summary
Game modes with rounds will sometimes suffer from an issue that will make the rounds not end when the round timer hits 00:00, only ending 3-5 minutes later.
This issue is only happening in Public Matchmaking.
Steps to Reproduce
Load into an island with rounds (like this one 0678-0014-4695)
Wait for the round timer to hit 00:00.
Alternatively, create an island with several rounds, set a round time, and then publish it.
Play in public matchmaking and wait for the round to end.
Expected Result
The round should end when the round timer hits 00:00
Observed Result
Sometimes the server will freeze and wil only end the round a few minutes after hitting 00:00.
