Rotating and Translating an Object with a Material

Hi all,

I’m very new to UE4 and materials in general, so apologies in advance for what is probably a very basic question: Is there a way to simultaneously translate and rotate an object over time with a single material? I’ve been able to create a material that does one or the other, but haven’t yet figured out how to combine them. Is this possible?

I’ve attached images of my two materials, the output of each plugs directly into World Position Offset.
