Rotate Teams leads to players being assigned teams out of team number range after round restart

Summary

When “rotate teams” option is enabled and island setting number of teams is set to two, the player gets assigned team 3 in the next round.

Island Settings

Steps to Reproduce

setup two teams and split evenly in island settings.
Enable rotate teams.
Set number of rounds to 3.
Play private version for multiple rounds to work. (quite annoying that you cant have multiple rounds tested in uefn session)
finish round and check team number.

Expected Result

Teams should always be either 1 or 2

Observed Result

Team 3 was assigned which should not exist in that setting

Additional Information

When “rotate teams” is set to off and the team is switched during the game with class selector devices, then the team will be changed when the next round starts to what seems to be the team upon entering the game. Not sure if that is intended behaviour but should not be.
