Rotate R2T Scope Material Texture?

Hi I am working on setting up a render 2 target scope set up for 3d optic.

I cannot figure out how to rotate this scope png texture properly to align dead center.

I mean its center but its angled as you can see in these pictures: Scope BP - Album on Imgur

So how can I rotate this properly I messed with some custom rotator and it was to no avail regarding a simple turn of the cross hair.
