Rotate Orthographic Viewport Cameras?

anybody figure something out with this?

Perhaps somebody familiar with source code could point to where default viewport cameras are held? Should just be changing one number.

I am also working on a project where X+ = north and having to remember the orientation every time does make the work more taxing and more error prone.

Being able to change the viewport cameras in editor would be ideal, or be able to add custom ones.
