Root motion deforms animation

Hey there .My animation is a dodge forward and my camera does not follow the character , also after the animation played the character returns to the camera front . I discovered that enabling root motion helps with it and it did so , but my animation completely gets damaged . For example(sorry for no video there is an error of invalid format)
,my animation includes change in spine but it stays still and my mesh turns itself every time animation gets triggered . It messes every movement and it looks completely unable to use .Please help me solve this or tell me if there is any other method for camera to follow the character . Thanks
