Summary
When I step into the River Styx water device the skulls effect apply to the player but the player can not dash the given effect is does not activate.

Steps to Reproduce
1.) place the water device
2.) set to the River Styx
3.) jump in the water
Expected Result
when the player double press the jump button/key player should similar to the zero dash
Observed Result
nothing happens, player can not dash only skull VFX show
