Rippling Material?

Hi!. How can I make the material (which I use with the Paper Flipbook Component) ripple like in this video? It should run at a low framerate, and it should also affect the shape of the object, not just the surface.

This is the best example I found I want to mimic. You can see that effect right at the beginning of the video. Something similar can be seen in Yoshi’s Island games.

You can modify the UVs with a noise texture.

Thank you. This helps a bit, but there is still one problem. Material animation/movement should update only at lower rate… like 3-6 fps.
