Rifts don't work if the player is flying

Summary

If the player is in flight mode, they cannot enter Rifts.
If the player is inside the rift and leaves flight mode, they will not get rifted.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Fly
  2. Shoot a Rift with the Lawless Rift Launcher.
  3. Fly into the Rift.
  4. Observe you aren’t teleported
  5. Stop flying.
  6. Observe you’re still not teleported

Expected Result

a flying player is still teleported through the Rift.

Observed Result

the player is not teleported through the Rift.

this is cuz you have the phase mode on (the blue glow) so the game doesn’t detect collisons with the rift
