Got few of yours error too, 9 errors in 4 files: ElectraPlayerRuntime.Build.cs (2 errors), ElectraSamples.Build.cs (2 errors), ShaderFormatD3D.Build.cs (1 error), DX12.Build.cs (4 errors). Cannot resolve symbol ‘DirectX’, and sill can build and run. But wanna fix it too.
I guess we’ll have to wait for version 5.2.1…
I also had to change some modules, and some includes, and some deprecated things but in the end I managed to compile.
At least everything seems to work fine for me. For now…
I’m sure they fix a lot of bugs in the next update.
Also, I think the antimalware service executable is hindering Rider’s file indexing… if you disable it, Rider load twice as fast.

There is a simple workaround in this post by Mikhail Zakharov in the Jetbrains Rider issue tracker:

the issue was fixed after fully uninstalling Rider and Unreal and then reinstalling them.
