Use neutral title/description like “New Red vs Blue” .
Expected Result
Normal review process then map accepted
Observed Result
Submit for publishing → instantly rejected for 1.13.3.
Appeal → decision upheld in 5–9 minutes (impossible for a real human review of a full map).

Title only contained the word “New” to indicate a new version, not rewards.
Upholding appeals in <10 minutes proves no reviewer loaded the islands.
This automated system is falsely punishing creators for completely rule-compliant content.
