Summary
Guzzle Juice cannot be thrown if the player has less than MAX Health, and Lil’Whip’s Special Serve cannot be thrown if the player has less than MAX Health OR less than MAX shield, instead it attempts to consume the item

The consumables should be thrown normally, not consumed

The player instead attempts to consume the items, failing in the Guzzle Juice’s case

This originally also happened with the Slurp Juice, however it was fixed about 2 updates later (where it got a bug that prevents it from being used mid-air)
