Bone chain too short? It could be related to bone count (in that IK chain) or actual size. I’m seeing other users have made workarounds for the Mixamo animations regarding the same error, you can check that out over here and that might help!

Successfully retargetted Mixamo animation sequence to MetaHuman 2.0 character.
