Had similar problem after Druid Mechanics video. Here is my tweaked solution that satisfied me. It counts in crouching IK as well. Should be self-explanatory with comments, maybe will help someone. I did count in solution from Leomerya12 but it was flickering as well so I did what he/she suggested - interpolated. Thanks mate.

Thought I’d drop a video that completely SOLVED this issue for me. You’ll have to follow along as The English subtitles DO not work. EASY to understand what he is doing. You will start by Creating a NEW Control Rig From your characters Skeletal Mesh. Let me know if this Helped.
