Respawn() players cannot be spectated.

Summary

In a multiplayer game with repsawns, if a player dies and respawns into the world, they still have a red X beside their name. If a different player choses not to respawn, but instead jsut wants to spectate the players that are alive, they are unable to spectate any player that has respawned into the world.

Steps to Reproduce

Join 3 players into a world. Eliminate a player and allow them to respawn. Then eliminate your own character but dont respawn them, which puts them into spectator mode. There should be 2 alive players left (1 of which is a respawn). The spectating player can only spectate the 1 player that didnt respawn. The respawned player will have a red X by their name, indicating they have died, but have full shield/hp.

Expected Result

Respawn() should actually make the game consider they are alive, and can be spectated.

Observed Result

Respawned players cannot be spectated.

Additional Notes

unpublished island at 3103-9665-7977 can be used experience this bug. you just have to have 3 or more players on it so one can die and respawn, and one can die and spectate. after all players have died and respawned, they will all have Red X by their name. If you die again, it will only want to spectate your own dead character.
