Resetting Contact's 2FA Configuration

Non-UE issue, it is a UDN Account issue. One of our contacts no longer has access to their Authenticator app containing the UDN 2FA codes. As such we’d need it reset, but I can see no option to do this anywhere when managing my Company’s accounts/contacts.

What are the steps here to get this 2FA config reset? Is this not something that we should be able to manage as the Company that invited these people to UDN?

UDN (now called Epic Pro Support) utilizes Epic Games Accounts for the login. The Support admin is only managing a layer of permissions for the Pro Support website itself, but the Epic Games Account used for login is solely created and managed by the individuals themselves (including 2FA).

For anyone having an issue with their Epic Games Account (across all parts of our ecosystem and not just the UDN/EpicProSupport site) they should start here (https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/c-Category_EpicAccount), where some self-service tools are available, and the bottom of the page provides the contact option to reach the accounts support team.
