While yes, resetting to default is not working (apparently) power of two mode resizes a material to be in the power of two.
so: 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192.
This is so that the texture in question can be mipmapped, or in laments terms reduce in quality(size) over distance to save memory.
This is a known issue and is logged in out bug tracker here: Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-36763)
Thank you for the support Luos
