Replicating Proning

Hey im having a hard time replicating proning
When i prone the client send to server where it sets Enum Proning and on OnRep Bool then sends to Owning Client
My Capsule sets correctly on all clients but i can only either get the owning client above the ground Not any other Clients or Server

Cacheing the mesh before setting relative location seems to work thanks to TheRealOzzy1

Apply the prone to self, THEN RPC the server to try.
