Summary
Replays still do not render your island most of the time. It mainly happens if the replay contains your character sitting in the creative lobby waiting for the level to load. With the emphasis on trailers now the replay system needs to be better.

Watch your player in the creative lobby while the island is loading
Go to the replays
Island is invisible but creative lobby is still loaded
