Replays only loading the creative lobby

Summary

Most of the time you try to watch a replay for a uefn island (this one is not published) the replay contains your character waiting to load into the island in the creative lobby, then when the island does load all you can see is your player/vehicles. Props and the landscape do not load in at all.

Interestingly it seems the creative lobby is still loaded in some way which could be the cause of replays not working properly.

This is especially frustrating when trying to capture thumbnails or island trailers where your 10 minutes of gameplay are actually unusable. It seems like theres a <50% chance the replay will actually load props.

Steps to Reproduce

Make a unpublished UEFN island
Launch session
Play the island for a little
Go to replays and load the creative replay

Expected Result

The replay loads properly and the island landscape and props are visible

Observed Result

The creative lobby loads while the props and landscape are invisible when the island is supposed to load in.

This used to not be an issue and I do not remember my replays containing the loading in through the creative lobby until maybe a couple months ago.

Additional Notes

The creative lobby does not need to be involved in a replay. I doubt anyone is using the creative lobby in their replays and it seems like it is just causing issues.

The middle screenshot was taken after my island was loaded in and I left the free drone cam in there. I then went to the gameplay camera which showed my character with nothing loaded in (Top screenshot) and then when I went back to the Free Drone Camera I saw the lobby was still being rendered. Funny enough those were the only props that were actually loaded in at all.

Additional Note - Replays save properly if you are already loaded in (Launch session, places character in creative lobby, loads island, places character in the island with the game started, end game, start a new game). This gives you a replay that does not capture the creative lobby and therefore, it is not in the replay and the island and the props load in properly for the replays.
