Replacing Redis Server version included in Horde Server Installer

Recently Redis announced that there is a vulnerability in all of their software versions other than the most recent releases: https://redis.io/blog/security\-advisory\-cve\-2025\-49844/

The version of Redis server that ships and builds with the horde server installer is at version 5.0.9 which does have the aforementioned vulnerability from my understanding. Is there any way to update this server version either when building the installer or post deploy?
