Repeating crash when working with Metahumans

I have a fresh project in Unreal Engine 5.5, it has 3 Metahumans in it and I’ve been animating them with LiveLinkFace and sequences. But I have run into consistent crashed when using Unreal. It will crash every single time.

The error I get on the crash is;

Error: appError called: Assertion failed: Index>=0 && Index<NumBits [File:D:\build++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Public\Containers\BitArray.h] [Line: 1440]
