Steps to Reproduce
Submit a new release for my island (TALISCA PARTY ROYALE – 4378-3721-0517) through the Creator Portal.
The release goes through content review.
The release receives a Rule 1.7 / 1.7.1 enforcement or rejection.
Review the moderation screenshot provided with the rejection.
The screenshot does not clearly identify the specific asset or content responsible for the violation.
After reviewing and removing potentially problematic content, subsequent releases have received additional Rule 1.7 / 1.7.1 enforcement actions showing different areas of the island.
Expected Result
If a release is rejected under Rule 1.7 / 1.7.1, the moderation information should clearly identify the specific content responsible for the violation so that I can remove or correct it and prevent repeated enforcement actions.
Observed Result
The release is rejected under Rule 1.7 / 1.7.1, but the moderation screenshot does not clearly identify the specific asset or content responsible. Different rejections have shown different and seemingly unrelated areas of the island under the same rule, making it difficult to determine what needs to be corrected. Despite reviewing and removing potentially problematic content, the enforcement actions have continued and resulted in repeated suspensions.

Hello Epic Games / Fortnite Creator Team,
I am requesting help regarding repeated Rule 1.7 / 1.7.1 enforcement actions affecting my Fortnite creator account and my island, TALISCA PARTY ROYALE.
My main concern is not a single rejected release. My concern is the repeated pattern of enforcement actions and suspensions, despite my continued efforts to review my island, remove potentially problematic content, and comply with the Fortnite Developer Rules.
First Suspension – July 2026
In July, my publishing and monetization access was suspended until July 14, 2026 due to Rule 1.7 (Respect IP Ownership).
After this enforcement action, I carefully reviewed my island and removed or modified content that I believed could potentially be responsible. My goal was to make sure the issue was fully resolved and prevent another Rule 1.7 violation.
However, the problem continued.
Rule 1.7.1 Rejection – Vending / Item Devices
I later received a failed content review under Rule 1.7.1 – Epic Owned IP.
One of the moderation screenshots provided with the rejection showed an area of my island containing vending/item devices.
The screenshot did not make it clear which specific asset or piece of content was violating the rule.
I am willing to remove anything that violates Epic’s rules, but without knowing what specifically is wrong in the screenshot, I have to guess what content needs to be changed.
Another Rule 1.7.1 Rejection – Sniper Mini-Game
I then received another rejection under the same Rule 1.7.1 – Epic Owned IP.
This time, the moderation screenshot showed my sniper mini-game area.
Again, I could not determine from the screenshot what specific content was responsible for the Epic-Owned IP violation.
These two examples are particularly confusing because they point to completely different areas/features of the island while reporting the same Rule 1.7.1 violation.
I have contacted Epic Games Support regarding these rejections and attempted to determine the exact asset or location responsible. However, I was informed that Support generally cannot provide additional information such as the exact asset name, additional screenshots, or precise location beyond the information provided through moderation.
This makes it extremely difficult to permanently resolve the issue.
Second Suspension – August 2026
After these repeated enforcement issues, my publishing and monetization access was suspended again, this time until August 17, 2026.
This is why I am asking for help.
I understand that the suspension notice states that the decision involved human moderation, and I respect Epic’s moderation process.
I am also not asking for legitimate violations to be ignored or for special treatment.
If something in my island violates Rule 1.7 / 1.7.1, I want to remove it permanently.
The problem is that I cannot confidently correct something when I cannot identify what specifically caused the violation.
The situation has effectively become:
Rule 1.7/1.7.1 enforcement → unclear moderation screenshot → review/remove potentially problematic content → another Rule 1.7/1.7.1 enforcement → another suspension.
At this point, repeatedly guessing and removing content does not seem to be solving the underlying problem.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the Fortnite Creator / moderation team could manually review my enforcement history and help clarify:
• What specific content has been responsible for these repeated Rule 1.7 / 1.7.1 violations?
• Why have different and seemingly unrelated areas of the island been shown for the same Rule 1.7.1 violation?
• Is there a specific asset, system, or piece of content in my island that continues to trigger these enforcement actions?
• Can my recent enforcement history and repeated suspensions be manually reviewed to ensure that the enforcement actions correspond to the correct content?
I am happy to provide release IDs, additional moderation screenshots, or any other information needed for an investigation.
I have spent significant time reviewing and cleaning my island specifically to comply with Epic’s rules.
I am simply trying to understand the actual cause so I can fix it permanently and avoid repeatedly having my publishing and monetization access suspended without knowing what specifically needs to be corrected.
