Rendering resolutions forcing specific VRAM usage...

I am trying to render a scene in UE 5.2, and depending on the resolution I am using, my VRAM usage seems to be forced to a specific threshold.

When rendering at 1080p, in both Pathtracer and in default Deferred Rendering, my VRAM usage is locked to 12gb on my RTX 4090 (24gb). I am crashing, because I always up my screen percentage and lighting quality in 1080p, so it needs that extra 12gb of VRAM.

When rendering in 4k, in Pathtracer and default, my PC is using all 24gb VRAM, no problem.

Is there an engine setting that needs to be tweaked? I havent seen any useful settings in my Nvidia settings on Windows.
