Rendering Quality when creating film to be NOT adaptive

When outputting a film (image sequence) in the 4.13 version unreal is switching between various quality settings; turning off Antialiasing and also sometimes has this shaky camera in the rendered sequence. The outcome is not usable.

I already tried to bump up the quality in the engine scalability all the way to epic, but it has no influence on the film rendering.

How can I tell UE4 to stay in maximum settings here?
