Rendering on Twin motion with other types of render engines

I like the whole real time rendering engine idea although I am a lot more fond of the quality of other engines that don’t work in real time such as corona and cycles on both blender and 3ds max. However the workflow in Twinmotion is on a completely different playing field and is way better than anything. Is there a way I can model and add all of the different assets in twin motion but somehow render with other types of options that are not in real time in order to preserve the quality and use it for still image architectural rendering?
