Rendering Issue with Twinmotion's 'Lumen' Function: Overexposure Problem in Exports

Hello everyone,

I am an interior architect currently using Twinmotion as a trial version, considering its purchase. However, I have encountered an issue that I cannot resolve. I work with Archicad on a Mac. A few weeks ago, the “Lumen” function was added to Global Illumination, which could potentially produce excellent renderings. However, I am facing a problem:

For example, I have a room with a window where daylight enters. Everything in front of the window is naturally illuminated by daylight and appears bright in the image. Impressive shadows are created, and areas not directly illuminated by daylight are naturally darker, receiving indirect light reflected from materials. The farthest corners without direct light remain in shadow. The preview looks fantastic.

Then, when I export the image, the entire picture turns extremely overexposed, and all the dark areas become bright. The entire dynamic range with shadows and light is lost.

What could be the issue here?

Thank you for your assistance.
