Rendered file with 0Kb size

Hello!

I’m having problems rendering an animation. When I start the process, it tells me that it will be finished in 30 minutes, but it suddenly stops and creates a file with 0Kb of size, making it impossible for me to render my animations correctly.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

This is due to a Windows N Update.
To fix it, update the windows media feature pack for Windows N edition

To find your version of Windows, right click on start button on the windows task bar, and select “System”.
Your computer’s version will be listed there.

Once this is updated , you should be able to export video as Mpeg.

Cheers

Hi, I have the same issue, but it only happens to me if I’ve put in vegetation using the “area” feature.

Hello!

I tried doing this but nothing changed.

Later I installed the version 2025 EDU and it rendered normally. But I can’t continue using this version because of a policy inside of my company, that requires the use of a commercial version of the software.

Any other sugestion?

I’m using Windows Version 24H2, and I’m encountering the same problem. I’ve updated the video driver and made sure my Revit is up to date. There is no listed patch for my windows version, is there another patch for 24H2?

Just updating, Twinmotion never gave me any video over 18 frames per second, so I doubled all the durations of all the videos, and halved it in a separate video editor, getting it to 36 frames per second. I feel like a software like this should not necessitate using a separate editor just to get a usable frame rate.
