Render with Movie Render Queue by specifying frame range from UnrealEditor-Cmd

Does anyone know how to render a Movie Render Queue while specifying a frame range in Unreal Editor-cmd?

I already checked the documentations like below.

Now I got the idea thanks to this article.
I created the Preset class and set the frame ranges.
