Render Broken Random Camera Angle. How do I fix this?

Why is UE 5.1 so broken. The render sequence does not work. I have one camera there is no hidden camera. I have followed every tutorial and fixed every supposed problem and yet my render continues to be from a random view underneath the environment instead of the camera. This needs to be addressed and fixed because it’s ruining people’s workflow. If anyone has any advice please let me know.
