Render alpha stencil layer with Post processing material in UE5.1

Hi all,

I can render stencil layer with alpha channel sucessfully, but it never works with post-process material. I have try the setting “Rendering > Post-processing > Enable Alpha channel support” : “Linear Color Space Only” or “allow through tonemapper”, but they didn’t help.

I scroll through the internet but there’s no answer, is this still a limitation in UE5.1?

Nuke give me better result than AE, but I still get some post processing effect overlat rendered in the area which should be completely alpha.
