Where can i find option to remove attached preview assets to be removed
Select the socket, RMB and “remove all attached assets”:
Sorry for reviving an old post, is there a way to remove only one preview asset instead of all of them?

Hold Left Click on the preview asset so that it is highlighted in orange and then hit DEL on your keyboard. This only works obviously if you have a DEL key as Backspace won’t work.

WTF??? Who the hell thought that this kind of interaction was user friendly???
Thank you so much, I would have never thought of that! I’ve lost so much time deleting all preview assets and then readding them one by one! <3

I only discovered this through one of the tutorial series I just purchased. How the guy who made the series figured this out is beyond me

I downloaded UE4.10 just to test this, and guess what?
Preview assets were selectable and you were also able to right click and delete them!
At this point, it was personal.
I’ve opened a bug report and linked this thread.
Tested engine versions:

- 4.25.5 - Broken
- 4.26.2 - Broken

I don’t really know how a feature like this broke and nobody noticed it

Yeah, I updated it so that Google Searches would point to the two topics that searches brought up because after I discovered this, I wanted to share it with everyone

Yeah, that is strange. They may have noticed, it’s just likely not a priority to fix.

Was looking for this too, how ridiculous they don’t make it an option on right click menu lol!

It was a right click option, if you read my previous post you’ll see that they broke it years ago with the 4.20 update and never fixed it

Yer it’s so dumb they didn’t, with a QHD monitor it’s impossible (for me) to read stuff lol!
