Dear creator, I’m so extremely sorry for asking this. I made an honest mistake purchasing this pack thinking the components would fit my characters. They don’t fit at all and the pack has become somewhat useless to me. I bought it about an hour ago. Would you consider a refund? If so, no doubt I would still buy a pack from you if ever there is one I could use. If not, so be it 
What would be the steps to take?
