My island update is completely stuck and I have no way to move forward. Details below.
Island: 100% REAL DRIVING - OUTLAW SPEC
Island code: 2328-4917-4726
Stuck private version: 8773-6523-0681 (submitted July 17, 2026, 11:22 AM JST — stuck for 11+ hours now)
Currently live approved version: 3334-8917-6739 (v121)
What happened:

When I submitted the release, the Creator Portal showed a “submission failed” error — but the release actually entered the moderation pipeline anyway. The UI state and the internal state seem to be out of sync.

Since then, the release has been sitting in “Release on hold / In Process” status. It never passes and never fails.
This looks identical to FORT-1102901 (“Island publish review stuck for 23+ hours and cancel request fails”).
Could Epic staff please cancel or force-resolve the stuck release server-side?

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Creator Portal and go to the Publishing page for island “100% REAL DRIVING - OUTLAW SPEC” (island code: 2328-4917-4726).
- Submit private version 8773-6523-0681 as a new release. (Submitted on July 17, 2026, 11:22 AM JST)
- The portal displays a “submission failed” error at submit time.
- Refresh the Publishing page and check the release list.
Expected Result
If the submission failed, the release should not enter the moderation pipeline. If it did enter moderation, it should be approved or rejected within a normal timeframe, or there should be a working option to cancel it.
Observed Result
Despite the “submission failed” error, the release actually entered the moderation pipeline. It has been stuck in “Release on hold / In Process” status for 11+ hours, never passing or failing. There is no working way to cancel it, and no new release can be submitted while it is stuck. This looks identical to FORT-1102901.
