Relative decimation dosen't work on selected part of model

Good morning,

i try to simplify a selected part of model with relative decimation (setted to 20) but at the end of process the result have the same faces and points of the original one. i have missed some setting or there is a bug in this setting?

Hello @Tecnoart2022,
this should work. I tested it and it didn’t work only if the small part of the model was selected. When the bigger part was selected, it worked. Also, for absolute type it worked.
I will create a bug for this.

yes exactly. i used relative only for small part of object (example house facade with flat uniform wall)
