Rejection of my project, due to version 5.5 of Unreal

Hello world,
FAB rejects my project (version 5.1). They tell me that they are testing it with version 5.5, and in version 5.5 the lighting is not built!
Would anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

To fix you need to build a version of your project in 5.5 or whatever is current at the time of reading this.

Unreal Marketplace Guidelines:

1.4.2.b Upon initial submission and approval, every product must contain a Project Version that has the latest version of Unreal Engine as a Supported Engine Version.

FAB’s Technical Requirements:

4.2.2.b Upon initial submission and approval, every product must contain a Project Version that has the latest version of Unreal Engine as a Supported Engine Version.

Hi! Since FAB is testing your project with version 5.5, open it in 5.5, go to Lighting Settings, disable “Auto Generate,” and click “Generate Lighting” manually. Then save the scene and project. This will rebuild the lighting for the correct version.

Mais quand j’ai ouvert mon projet avec la version 5.5, j’ai gĂ©nĂ©rĂ© les Ă©clairages et je ne pouvais plus l’ouvrir avec UE 5.1!

I reread for FAB and this is what it says:

If some content or functionality does not work the same way for all engine versions of Unreal Engine 5 that you’d like to support, you may need more than one project version

So I sent in two versions, I just have to wait for the answer.

In their last return, FAB informs me that I can send two versions of the project to validate versions 5.1 to 5.4 and one for version 5.5!
So I was right to do that.

However, they tell me :
The following verifications were not carried out and have remained unchanged!

I have rebuilt the lights for both versions and I do not get an error when I open the project and when I launch with ‘Play’.
How can they have errors?
And how can I know what errors are?

I did everything again, I returned both projects and in response, I just had to return the file of version 5.5 separately.

My publication is finally approved, thank you FAB.

It remains only to see what it will give, without dreaming eh! :grinning_face:
