“Replace actor” doesnt sync with live edit. Started happening this update

Steps to Reproduce
Load live edit
Place down a floor
Replace the floor with another floor, using the replace actor button
Expected Result
Live edit will show the new floor when replaced
Observed Result
Nothing will show in live edit for that actor
