Summary
On Mobile only, players cannot build (regardless of using Simple Build or regular Build) after being granted an item (i.e. picking up item via Item Placer or equipped an item via Item Granter). This affects all islands and is a severe regression.

- Player can build normally
- Player is granted an item via Item Placer, Item Spawner, Item Granter, etc.
Expected Result
Player can continue to build normally.
Observed Result
Player is no longer able to build.

Additional Notes
- This is a very severe regression
- The hotfix to the previous Simple Build / Save Device issue seems to somewhat help alleviate this issue. When a Save Device loads a player’s inventory, the player is able to build again, i.e. eliminating an enemy or entering rift in 1v1 With Every Gun (6155-1398-4059).
- The bug occurs regardless of the method used to grant an item. Item Spawner, Item Granter, and Item Placer all appear to cause this issue.
