Refraction not affecting translucent materials on mobile device

Hi, I’m testing my project on Samsung Galaxy S4.
During the process I found out distortion effects are not affecting translucent materials. Only masked and opaque materials are affected.
I know there are limitations with ES2, but from what I remember refraction worked fine on translucent materials.

Here’s my setting.

Mobile HDR : On

Bloom : On

Separate Translucency : Off (Mobile Translucency Off for all materials as well)

r.Mobile.Tonemapperfilm = 1

r.RefractionQuality = 2

Maybe there’s something I missed, or my memory is misleading me.
In either case, please feel free to enlighten me.
