The reflections in mirror shows dark or rather shadowy kind of incorrect materials when looked in the mirror at certain angle or maybe directly when looking into the mirror.
I’ve also tried creating new Project without any assets from my ongoing Project but still happens on the blank Project as well.
Tried tons of console variables, downgrading graphics driver, trying migrating into blank project, creating new project but still this shadow problem or fading problem persists in every file.
Please if anyone has any solution to this issue do help out.
Hard to say without knowing the engine version and reflection settings, but this looks like what happens when you’re using Lumen reflections and you have objects that appear in screen space reflections (SSR), but not in the Lumen scene or ray trace scene so they go away when they’re not visible in some part of the scene anymore. You can switch the view from Lit to Lumen Overview mode to see what’s in the Lumen scene and if you see those curtains are pink, or yellow then there’s likely an issue with them not having enough cards or not getting included in the Lumen scene at all. You may also need to enable “Include Translucent Objects” in your Post Process Volume settings for those curtains. Older version of UE may use ray traced (non-Lumen) reflections but this has been the default since 5.4
