When path tracing is used to render the animation, the reflection material (such as glass, marble floor, metal ceiling)appears serious flicker. Is it because the sampling is too low? (reflect bounce 8, sampling 64)

That effect is caused by the denoiser trying to eliminate the noise in the path traced image. Improving the samples per pixel and max bounces should reduce that effect.
If you find that the effect is still present, it may be helpful to export the video with the denoiser disabled and use a third party denoiser tool, which may provide different results that you may find more suitable.
