Reflection Issue around the object .

i tried to make the floor high reflected material with high metal value and less roughness , but i get these annoying artifact around the character mesh , i already played with the SSR and sphere reflection but nothing changed , anyone can tell me pls what is the problem ? mostly around the character and how to fix the annoying black bar @ 0:27 sec when you look down to the floor ?

These are common problems with screen space reflections.
The artifacts occur, because the reflection rays travel out of screen space or would hit occluded surfaces.
It’s a limit of the technique, so there is no fix for it, but you could try the new planar reflections.
