Reflection Captures - Virtual Lightmap artifacts

Hello all,

I have an issue building reflection captures in my scene that utilizes Virtual Texturing Lightmaps. Locations that are far away from my location when I build the reflection captures do not capture reflections in acceptable quality. I believe the lightmaps are falling back to a low resolution MIP that has a lot of artifacts.

Is there any way to force residence of VT textures? I have 24GB of dedicated VRAM and 64GB of Shared GPU Memory (128GB of RAM in total).

Any solutions would be very much appreciated, as I am in final stages prior to releasing a first build to the public.
