Reflection captures need to be rebuilt?

When I launch my game level from exe I always get this message on top left corner … but when I am in editor I do not even when I press play … I tried rebuild all lights and reflections reexport but I always get this error message in the play build… how I fix this?

I have tried to rebuild the whole project , but nothing I always get this annoyingmessage, ,one element is missing rebuild of reflection capture!

How I fix this?
