Rect lights and directional light problem in a closed room

Hey everyone, I’m having this problem in Unreal Engine 5.5.4. When I have two rect lights close together in a closed room with a directional light added to the scene, I get these square artifacts on the walls and floor. This doesn’t happen when there’s no directional light. Also, when the directional light is in the scene but virtual shadow maps are switched to shadow maps in the project settings, this problem goes away, but the frame rate drops significantly.Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, can you tell me?(this is screenshot of the problem)
