Rect light dimensions in real world measurements

Does anyone know if Source Width and Source Height values for a Rect light translate into real world measurements?

ie 256x256 = what real world dimensions in metres?

A fast google search revealed, that Unreal Units are centimeters, so a 100x100x100 unit cube would be 100cm long, or 1 meter. So your 256x256 is a 256 cm or 2,56 meter RectLight.
