Receiving "There was an error: group membership operation already in progress" when adding a team member to UDN

Cannot add a new team member to our organization

I was able to remove a former teammate successfully, but adding gives me “There was an error: group membership operation already in progress”

Steps to Reproduce
Select “Add new contact”, fill the info, confirm
