rebuild input.ini on launch

Hi guys,

I have a real problem with my packaged game. it’s on both Steam and Viveport and everything runs great except…

I have updated the controls in game using steamVr input which is now native to UE4.
The problem I have is that people who already own the game are experiencing an issue where the game is refusing to update input.ini in the users appdata folder. as such none of the controls are working.

Is there any way to force the packaged game to rebuild this file everytime it is launched?
At the moment it seems that it creates this file the very first time the game is launched but then never updates the file meaning none of my controls work.

Would really apreciate some help with this as I’ve had this issue since September and its preventing me from publishing updates to my game.
