Reboot Cards will not drop from eliminated players despite having the setting on

Summary

Even with the setting enabled for all appropriate classes and in island settings. Players won’t drop a reboot card when eliminated and cannot be rebooted.

When eliminated, players should drop a reboot card in order to be rebooted by a teammate.

Observed Result

Players cannot be rebooted by any means after being eliminated.

Additional Notes

This is causing severe issues with the gameplay of the island, removing the core function of reboot vans.
