Realtime reflections?

Hi, I’m working on an open world projet and I’m facing some problems with reflections.
Here you can see the problem : On the left side, there’s a box reflection capture with correct reflections. On the right the character stands out of the box reflection capture and reflections are wrong, making everything shinny in the shadows because shadowing actors don’t block sky/fog reflections.
Obviously, I can’t use reflection capture sphere/box as the can’t be updated on runtime. I can’t place hundred of them all over the world and build reflections as my project is using a dynamic day/night system with full dynamic lighting.
So, are there some solutions to make things look more like on the left side of this screenshot or do I have to live with the “everything shinny” effect?
Setting the skylight to “lower hemisphere is solid color” with a black lower hemisphere color reduce the effect but also make everything look very dark, destroying all ambiant lighting even on reflection capture
